Ingredients: (can be found at Fred Meyer, Olympia Food Coop, or Costco)
- 2 Cups Frozen Organic Peas
- ½ Organic Diced Onion
- 1 Organic Diced Bell Pepper (Red, Yellow, or Orange)
- Thick Slice Nitrate/ite Free Turkey Cubed
- 2 Dashes Black Pepper
- 2 Dashes Sea Salt
- 3 Dashes Curry Powder
- Organic Raw Egg or ½ Cup Natural Mayonnaise
- 1 TBSP Raw Honey
Toss all ingredients into a glass bowl. Stir and refrigerate for an hour. Will make 2-3 servings.
